Helicopters

THE GREATEST RAF HELICOPTERS!!

CHINOOK:
An amazing helicopter renown for its twin rotters.
 The Boeing Chinook, has an American twin engine, used for heavy-lift transport. Top speed 170 knots (196mph).
In the 1960s it was faster then the other attack helicopters.
The RAF have ordered many Chinooks and now are used in the Military has a heavy-lift transporter and used to transport troops.











APACHE:
An amazing helicopter, for its ability in battle.
The Apache is a twin engined helicopter. It had originally been made by McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing).
It entered service in the RAF in the 1980s as an attack helicopter, it has a variety of different, heavy duty explosives.

SEA KING:
An amazing American helicopter, which is used for precision. In the RAF it is used as a rescue helicopter because its precision as it is involved in the toughest of toughest rescue missions.
